Gerald Gentica – Customer Success Specialist
Gerald is a great addition to the team and will be able to utilize his IT support and programming experience to provide administrative support and development solutions for Keystone’s clients.
Experience
In the early 2000s, Gerald started working as a computer technician for a video surveillance company. In 2006, he joined Direct Buy—a membership buying service based in Merrillville, IN—as a help desk support specialist. He was later promoted to junior developer.
Gerald started working at Oak Brook-based Industrial/Organizational Solutions in 2012 as an IT Specialist for their NetSuite subscription and also:
- provided technical support to clients using their online system,
- assisted with internal PC support needs, and
- worked on .NET web development.

Background
Gerald migrated to the US in 2003 from the Philippines and now lives in Valparaiso with his family. He has two daughters—a 13-year-old and a 24-year-old who works as a flight attendant. His wife is a physical therapist who works at Methodist Hospital in Gary, IN.
