NetSuite Named as Customer Choice for Service-Centric ERP
It’s not the first time and certainly won’t be the last.
Last year, for the second year in a row, NetSuite was named in the Leaders quadrant of Gartner Inc.’s comprehensive Magic Quadrant for Cloud Core Financial Management Systems for Midsize, Large and Global Enterprises report.
This year, NetSuite has been recognized by Gartner Peer Insights as the Customer Choice for Service-Centric ERP Solutions. This is based on the feedback of NetSuite customers that responded to a survey on Gartner’s Peer Insights website.
Oracle & NetSuite were two of only four ERP providers that qualified for this year’s accolade based on volume and the quality of ratings by customers.

What is Service-Centric?
NetSuite recently wrote a blog about this recognition also. As it states, and according to Gartner, service-centric organizations are those that don’t physically manufacture or sell goods or products. Instead, companies in this category sell services. These services can be financial or consulting in nature, and also include a range of other business or consumer services. Since employees and contractors typically deliver these services, their processes and data tend to be more people- rather than product-centric. Some also deliver “virtual” products such as digital & media services.*
