Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with superior marketing expertise and demonstrated results. The ideal candidate has experience with marketing ERP software, professional or business management services, or customized software development services. A solid understanding of marketing the sale of services as well and software products would be the ideal fit for this role. 

The Marketing Manager will maintain and expand upon ongoing lead generation campaigns, working with our full-time sales manager to generate prospects. Keystone also maintains subscriptions with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying prospects and building targeted marketing lists. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate Keystone’s brand through targeted social media and email campaigns 
  • Create engaging blog posts about NetSuite and the benefit of Keystone implementation, optimization and support services 
  • Work with Sales Manager and Consultants to understand our clients’ needs and to create messaging and tools needed to drive demand in the market 
  • Execute compelling integrated marketing campaigns aligned to strategic initiatives
  • Plan targeted marketing events and develop key messaging 
  • Demonstrate NetSuite marketing automation to potential clients 
  • Track marketing performance and develop new strategies in accordance with findings 
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in ERP software or similar marketing experience 
  • Consistent and documented track record of effective marketing initiatives 
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate business value and vision to market enterprise software solutions 
  • Experience creating professional HTML email campaigns  
  • Experience with PowerPoint and GoToWebinar for creating and leading webinars 
  • Excellence in crafting content and in presentation skills 
  • Adobe Photoshop and Video Editing skills a plus 
  • Ability to adapt and overcome obstacles 
  • Self-motivated, independent, and charismatic person who also functions well in a team

Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with superior sales expertise and demonstrated results. The ideal candidate has experience selling PLM or ERP software, professional or business management services, or customized software development services. A solid understanding of conceptual selling and the sale of services as well and software products would be the ideal fit for this role.

Roles
  • Responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales projects and prospects.
  • Lead and personally undertake sales activities from initial prospecting and opportunity identification, to sales closure.
  • Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling.
  • Present a realistic and well-controlled forecast based on continuous pipeline generation and management.
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of the company’s solutions, and supporting services.
  • Define, present, and execute sales/business plans to achieve quarterly sales/business objective.
Requirements
  • Proven sales hunter and closer.
  • 3+ years experience in PLM and/or CRM / ERP software sales.
  • Proven track record in generating leads and closing sales in the mid-market.
  • Existing book of business a plus.
  • Sales experience with a background in Supply Chain Management, Change Order Management or Bills of Material Management.

Developer

Keystone Business Services is seeking a junior to mid-level programmer who is proficient with web technologies and systems support, preferably having experience customizing/integrating enterprise systems (i.e. ERP, CRM, Ecommerce). This is a great opportunity to showcase your technical skills while working with some of the fastest growing technologies in the market.

Our ideal candidate possesses a combination of strong support background, excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, good customer-facing skills and a solid understanding of business processes.

Requirements

CRM Consultant

Keystone has an immediate need for a CRM Consultant at its Oak Brook, IL office.  The consultant will have the opportunity to make a significant and immediate contribution to our clients’ businesses through leadership roles on client engagements.

The CRM Consultant manages clients through their entire lifecycle—from the initial assessment of their needs through designing the solution that solves the client’s business challenges, developing the solution, and implementing the solution. During post implementation, you’ll provide ongoing application support for clients and will also help them continuously modify/enhance their configuration as their needs change.

Experience
  • Up to 3 years application administration and configuration experience with leading on-demand CRM solutions such as salesforce.com and NetSuite.
  • Proven experience supporting business solutions that address customer business and process requirements.
  • Understanding of common industry business practices in Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and/or Customer Service.
  • Experience in a business analyst role, analyzing a client’s business processes and translating them into Configuration Blueprints and/or Functional Requirements.
  • Experience in a Project Management role for software implementation projects.
  • Salesforce.com Consultant, Salesforce.com Administrator, NetSuite, or similar certification with other on-demand CRM applications.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, and Web Services.
