Upon request, Keystone provides our clients with access to the Keystone Customer Center. This portal enables you to file a case and see the status of previous and current cases in our system.
Contact Keystone Support by 3 methods:
Online: Go to https://www.keystonebusinessservices.net/contact/ or click on the Contact Us tab and fill out the form to submit your case. You will receive a confirmation message from a member of our support team when they have added it to their queue.
Email: Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and you can create a case in our system. The contents of the message as the notes in the case. Your designated support representative will be alerted automatically and will determine if they will call you back or forward to a qualified resource for the area requested. The resource will contact you back by email as the primary method of contact unless a phone call is requested in the email.
Phone: Call us on our toll-free support line at 866.546.7227. A Keystone representative will record your case and begin answering your questions, or direct your call to an available expert. If a call back is needed, the expert will contact you by phone.
