Welcome Todd Aboard the Keystone Team
Todd Grimm – Director of Technical Operations
We’re pleased to welcome Todd Grimm to Keystone as Director, Technical Operations. He is a great addition to the team and will be able to utilize his technical knowledge and programming experience to provide unique support and development solutions for Keystone’s clients.
Experience
Todd started his software career at Parts Now where he volunteered to join the team in migrating the company from Microsoft Great Plains to Oracle. After this successful project, he leveraged this experience to secure a job as a NetSuite Support Consultant with a Wisconsin-based NetSuite partner in 2014. This is where Todd began building his extensive NetSuite expertise. He demonstrated an interest and affinity toward anything code or math related in this role and was promoted to the development team as Technical Consultant in 2015.
Over the past three years, Todd has become a NetSuite scripting expert. His background in consulting and development is a unique strength that provides him with the expertise to design robust, elegant solutions for NetSuite customizations.

Background
Todd lives in Madison, WI with his wife and two children. Prior to his employment at Parts Now, he worked as a bartender at a local Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse while putting himself through school.

- Football Fan (Todd closely follows the Chicago Bears as well as the Nebraska Cornhuskers—he’s originally from Nebraska.)
